When compared to non-caffeinated coffee, it was found that the caffeinated coffee increased blood flow in subjects by 30% over a 75-minute period. Increased blood flow benefits the muscles and arteries in your body, and helps keep vital organs functioning properly.

Liver, oral, skin and prostate cancer are just a few types of the disease that can be prevented if you drink a lot of coffee. This was discovered in a major analysis that was published by BMJ Journals in November 2017.
